A premium digital home for a 6-person London advisory firm — built to win bigger clients.
Atlas had outgrown their original site. They were pitching for £100k+ retainers but their website looked like a £49 theme. Prospects who Googled them after meetings were bouncing because the site signalled "small, generic" — not "premium boutique".
They also had no good way to publish case studies. Their best work was sitting in PowerPoint decks, invisible to anyone who hadn't seen the deck.
We started with positioning. Atlas isn't a generalist consultancy — they're domain specialists in market entry and operations for £5–50m businesses. The new site had to telegraph that on first glance.
Design-wise we leaned into editorial: serif display type, generous white space, navy + gold palette. The hero leads with confidence ("Strategy that scales") rather than a generic services list.
For the CMS we picked Sanity over WordPress — the partners write their own case studies and insights, and Sanity's structured-content editor made publishing feel like writing in Notion, not fighting Gutenberg blocks.
A 9-page Next.js site deployed on Vercel, with the following key features:
"The new site does the heavy lifting the old one couldn't. We've stopped having to over-explain who we are on the first call — prospects already get it from the website."
