If the MOT turns up something, you get a phone call with the part, the price and how urgent it honestly is — before anybody picks up a spanner. If you would rather take it elsewhere, that is fine and we will still do the retest free.

An advisory is not a fail. We will tell you which advisories can wait a year and which cannot, and we will put that in writing on the invoice.
