Use our order form to outline your project, or email info@getweblabs.uk directly. We'll come back within 1 working day with a tailored quote.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first call (30–45 minutes) is free, no obligation. We use it to understand your business, goals and budget — then we send a written quote.
Do I need to know what I want before contacting you?
No. Many of our best projects started as a rough idea. We'll help you shape it during the consultation.
// PROCESS
Our Process
How long will my website take?
Business websites: 2–4 weeks. E-commerce: 3–5 weeks. Branding only: 1–2 weeks. We give you a clear timeline at the start and stick to it.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of revisions per phase (design and development). Additional revisions are quoted separately.
Will I see the website before it goes live?
Yes. We deploy to a staging URL and walk you through it. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
// PAYMENT
Pricing & Payment
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. Monthly services (SEO, maintenance) are billed in advance. We accept bank transfer and major cards.
Do you offer payment plans?
For projects over £1,000, we can split into 3 monthly payments. Just ask.
What happens if I'm not happy?
You approve each phase before we move on. If you're not happy after the design phase, we part ways and you keep what you've paid for — no fight.
// AFTER LAUNCH
After Launch
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Most of our sites include a CMS so you can update text and images without touching code. We also include a 30-minute training call.
What if something breaks?
Free support for the first 30 days post-launch covers any bugs. After that, ongoing maintenance plans start from £49/month — or we can fix things ad-hoc at our hourly rate.
Do you handle hosting and domain?
Yes — we can set both up for you on reliable UK/EU servers, or deploy to your existing provider.
Who owns the website?
You do, on final payment. All design files and source code transfer to you fully. No lock-in.
