Which platform do you build on?
We typically use Shopify, WooCommerce or custom-built stacks depending on your needs and product complexity. We'll recommend the best fit during consultation.
Do I pay transaction fees?
You'll pay your payment provider's standard fees (e.g. Stripe: 1.5% + 20p). We don't add any platform commission on top.
Can I migrate from an existing store?
Yes — we handle migrations from Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and others. We move products, customers and order history.
Will it integrate with my accounting software?
Yes. We can connect to QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and others, so orders flow into your books automatically.
Do you provide product photography?
Not in-house, but we work with trusted product photographers in London and can arrange a shoot as an add-on.
