These Terms govern all services provided by GetWebLabs ("we", "us") to clients ("you"). By engaging us — whether through a signed agreement, an accepted quote, or a paid deposit — you agree to these Terms.
Each project is defined in a written quote or statement of work. Anything not explicitly listed in the quote is out of scope and treated as a change request (see §4).
We commit to delivery dates agreed in writing. Delays caused by late client feedback, content delivery, or third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, domain registrars) are not the responsibility of GetWebLabs.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. Two rounds of revisions are included in each project phase; additional rounds are billed at £45/hour.
Hosting, domain registration and third-party services (payment gateways, SaaS subscriptions) are not included unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for ongoing fees with those providers.
All projects include 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes. Feature additions during this period are billed as change requests. Ongoing maintenance plans are available from £49/month.
If you cancel mid-project, the deposit is non-refundable and we'll invoice for any work completed beyond the deposit amount, prorated. If we cancel, we'll refund any unearned portion of payments received.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We treat all client information, business data and project details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London.
